Share Your Germ-Fighting Tip
It’s not always possible to kill germs the old-fashioned way with soap and water when you’re on-the-go with kids. That’s why I always have a container of Wet Ones in my car’s cupholder, and both my kids and I use Wet Ones frequently (like after grocery shopping, after summer camp, anytime before eating something) when we aren’t near a sink with soap. I’m asking my readers to share their own Germ-Fighting Tip in the entry form below and by leaving comments on this post.

I always carry a TON of pens in my purse and NEVER use the store pen when signing a credit slip. This will cut down on germ transfers. I also keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in the door of my car and clean my hands before starting the car after shopping or being out.

Definitely washing hands often! Wipes are great for those many times we’re not close to a sink, though! Six-year-old boys can get pretty messy!

I always carry wet ones to wipe grocery cart before shopping. Learned this lesson after my baby girl got salmonella poisioning from shopping cart..

Try singing hapy birthday or the alphabet while washing hands. Kids love to sing and it passes the time.
