As the spouse of a public school social studies teacher, I watch as he dips into our family budget repeatedly to get the supplies he needs to make learning a positive meaningful experience in his classroom. He has learned through the years that he reaches some of the hardest students best through a mult-media approach. Any of these videos would be great, but since he most often teaches US History, I chose Ben Franklin for him… he finds making historical figures “real” through more in-depth looks at them grabs his students’ attention. Thanks for having this offer.

I do my family genealogy and I’m related to John Alden and Pricilla Mullins, from the Mayflower. I am 12th generation from them and I belong to the Mayflower Society. I would really like to have these DVD’S, to see how they lived and how they made it to America on the Mayflower. Thank’s

Probably “The Story of Oil” would be tops on our list. With trying to be less oil dependent, knowing the full story would help, though all sound very interesting! :)
