    How does this work? =)

the rules are quite confusing.  I have to receive flowers and have my picture taken before I can enter the contest??

From what I understood, you order the flowers (which cost money) and then you have to be one of the FIRST 10 people to send a picture of you receiving those flowers from a participating FTD florist and then you have a chance of winning a $60 gift certificate.  Seems like a lot of work to me and is not FREE.  If I am wrong, please let me know.

This is actually not a great deal. Only 10 people can win and there are only a few florists that participate. In my state there is only one and it is pretty far from my house so I would imagine that the shipping costs will be very high.
    Sounds good in theory.

I agree with Gina– a lot of work and not really free.  It’s a promotion for them to make money. You have to order flowers and be one of the first 10 people to email the company and THEN you just MIGHT get a $60 credit for a bouquet of flowers…

@Kerri… I agree that this isn’t terribly intriguing unless you’re already buying flowers for someone but all promotions by all retailers are intended to make them money.

Hi!  The way I read it was, participating FTD Florist  were giving away bouquets for a good neighbor giveaway day.  I called waht few FTD florist here in MI and they weren’t participating.

I’m with you on this one Gina. It’s not a given “free” offer and way to much work.

Memphis TN is not participating in this:( They have a company listed in Collierville near us but that company seems to be out of business.

Here is how I understand it:  Find a participating florist in your area and they have free flowers. If you get there before they run out, you can ask for free flowers for Good Neighbor Day. Keep 1 for yourself and give the others away, that’s it. Then to be entered in the contest to win a $60 gift certificate, you can take a picture of yourself giving or receiving the flowers and send it to them. That part is optional. I think you need to read it over more carefully. It clearly says FREE FLOWERS WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. I read nothing about having to buy flowers first. There is not a florist in my area that is doing this, but oh well, it is a nice thought!
