Free Redbox Rental (when you buy one) and Free T-Shirt (first 1,500)

If you are renting any $1 Redbox movies this weekend, hurry and head over to Redbox Thanks a Billion sweepstakes to enter your code.  Everyone who enters a code wins a free one-night movie rental (redeemable within 7 days) in this sweepstakes that ends September 30.  And the first 1,500 people who enter a code win a free t-shirt (mailed to you within 6 to 8 weeks). I entered my code at 3pm CT Sunday and got a t-shirt!  The code is the 9-digit code found near the white scan bar in the middle of the DVD.  You also have to enter the name of the movie you rented.  A billion thanks goes to Ginnie for sharing on my Facebook Fan page – I’m sending her a free SoBe to thank her.

Watch your text messages on Monday, September 6 for your free Redbox Rental code valid only on that day for one-time use (you can not share the code).  When you first register for a Redbox account you’re second online Redbox rental will be free.  After you create your Redbox account you can subscribe to Text Messages (look under “Edit Notifications & Subscriptions” at “Your Account”) and get a unique code for a free movie rental the first Monday of each month sent to you via text message

You need to make sure you return your one-night movie rental before it’s due to avoid an additional night’s rental fee of $1.00. Check to find your closest Redbox location, there are over 17,000. These codes can only be used “at-the-Redbox” kiosk and can not be used online to reserve the movie you want.
