There are lots of ways to donate to charities, and one is by telling companies to donate $1 for you. Yes, they do usually set a limit on what their maximum contribution will be. But I think it’s good to make sure that they reach that donation limit by visiting their website.

Here are some companies who want to donate $1 on your behalf, so come on and let your fingers tell them to donate money for you!

Smart Ones is donating to Share Our Strength: No Kid Hungry
For every new sign-up in the Morning Express Breakfast Club, they will donate $1 (up to $100,000) to Share Our Strength. If you buy Smart Ones at the grocery store, this is a good way to find out about new coupons and promotions (remember this lunch bag, I got it in my mailbox).

Campbell’s is donating to The National FFA Organization
Click on the red barn and they will donate $1 (up to $250,000) to The National FFA Organization for agricultural education.

Cheerios Circle of Helping Hearts is donating to WomenHeart
If you buy Cheerios cereal, look at the box for a code that you can enter online and Cheerios will donate $1 (up to $300,000) to WomenHeart. to provide free cholesterol screenings to women in need. Look for specially marked boxes that say “Help a Heart!” on the front and the code will be found on the inside flap. 8th Continent has a similar promotion. There is also a great coupon to Save $1 on Honey Nut Cheerios that I just found today.

I’m using the label “donate” for all my posts about making freebie donations, whether you are donating your freebies you receive or telling companies to donate money on your behalf.
