Don’t miss my 1-day giveaway today of a custom designed photo card from Kim’s Custom Cards and Gifts.

This week I received some great samples in the mail and a few surprises as usual. I don’t get many catalogs because I exercise my Catalog Choice option. But I do get a few catalogs that I do browse including the Lands’ End catalog. When I got it this week a coupon dropped out to Save $1 on any Betty Crocker Cookie Mix. It was a great surprise coupon to get. Each Sunday I do a roundup of what was in my mailbox that week. This is a great place to find new samples that you can request, as well as learn a few things about free samples and what might be showing-up in your mailbox next.

What’s in my mailbox this week?
These freebies are still available to request:

Charlie Brown DVD from Birds Eye – This was a rebate offer available when you mailed in 3 UPCs for Birds Eye Voila products. I shared it with you in Birds Eye Sweeps & DVD Offer. I was impressed that my A Charlie Brown Christmas DVD is the “remastered deluxe edition” and came packaged just like you bought it at the store (in a glittery DVD sleeve). If I would have bought this new DVD on Amazon.com it would have cost me $13.99, but I got it just for buying 3 frozen meals. It also included coupons for a free digital music download of two Charlie Brown songs, Save $2 on a bag of Voila, and Save 55 cents on Skippy Peanut Butter. It’s always nice to get coupons with rebate offers like this one! You can request all 4 Charlie Brown DVDs (up to 8 total) as long as you send in the required UPCs before Dec. 31 and while supplies last.

Recipes from TasteBook – When I signed-up for this chef spoon, I also joined Tastebook and they mailed me some recipes.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser – Looks like this freebie is still available to request, and I honestly think the eraser is “full-size” and not “mini”. Christina shared this freebie with you here while she was blogsitting for me.

Tide Total Care, Tide Total Care – I received 2 samples of laundry detergent from P&G.; I shared these with you here and here. Both came with $1 coupons.

o.b. – I’ve shared this free sample with you on Freebie Friday and it looks like you can still request it! A carry case with 3 tampons and a coupon to Save $1.

Vocalpoint – They sent me coupons for Del Monte Fruit Naturals along with scratch-off codes to win a year’s supply of Fruit Naturals. I shared this word-of-mouth program with you here.

These freebies are no longer available or were a special sampling opportunity:

Huggies GoodNites – A great Walmart sample, they offer it on a regular basis (I’ve gotten several from Walmart).

Jergens Naturals Lotions – Three different types of lotion to try, another great Walmart sample included a coupon to Save $1.

CVS/Tylenol Sleep Better Kit – Delivered quickly just as promised and has all the things they said it would have in it. I shared it with you here, it was only available to request for a limited time because it was a hot freebie!

Magazines
– Do you also want to get free magazines? The free sample offers are not available for long, but I will tell you about them here as they are announced. These are the free magazines I got this week: Family Circle (great coupons inside the December issue)

That’s it! Another fabulous week of free sampling. So, what was in your mailbox this week? I can’t wait to hear from you, please leave a comment!

If you are curious, here’s what other freebies I’m getting in my mailbox.
