First of all, you don’t have to tell anyone that you got these items for free (or really cheap)! Now that it is November a lot of you are making your shopping lists, so I wanted to try to help you out by creating a list of some items that would make good stocking stuffers or gifts (many of these items are already listed elsewhere on my site). As you get free samples throughout the year, you may want to save a few as stocking stuffers. But before you check out my list, check out this offer for a free set of photo cards!
Kodak Gallery FREE Photo Cards
I did this offer and was thrilled with my set of 10 photo cards and envelopes. The catch is that you have to pay shipping on the photo cards. But you also have the option to pick them up at a local store like CVS for $1.49 (which would be less than shipping). Just enter coupon code TRYUS3 sometime before Dec. 31 and you will have a $10 credit towards photo cards to use (must use credit during current session). If you don’t have an account, create one and get 20 free prints. Check out the
coupon codes at RetailMeNot.com for more discounts for Kodak Gallery. Thanks to my neighbor Stephanie for telling me about this great offer!
Stocking Stuffers

The Republic of Tea “Comfort and Joy” Tea Bag – if you are interested in requesting The Republic of Tea’s catalog, you will also get one tea bag to sample, I just got mine in the mail today!
Planet Heroes – order this full-episode DVD now and you should get it before Christmas (I received mine in 4 weeks)
Splurges (under $3)
Pearl Necklace (no longer available) – you can get this necklace for free (you just pay the $2.95 shipping) from Overstock.com. I encourage you to read the customer reviews for this item before ordering it. Here’s my review: although it took just over a month for me to receive them, I thought it was worth the $2.95 and I am wearing the necklace occasionally. Thanks to Georgia for telling me about this offer!
Polly Pocket toys – you can print this $5.00 coupon and get a Polly Pocket toy at Target for $2.99 (on sale for $7.99 this week minus the $5 coupon).
Dale and Thomas Popcorn – I will first tell you that this barely made my list because you have to pay $2.95 shipping for each sample bag of popcorn, and you have to order 2 sample bags. So, this one will cost you a total of $5.90. But, I thought that some of you may want to try this popcorn, especially since it made Oprah’s Favorite Things list. And it is a much more affordable way to try it than buying the $28 sampler package, which is the cheapest item they sell on their website. Lastly, they won’t ship this to you during the summer if you live in a warm climate because the chocolate melts.
Gifts (under $20)

Senseo Coffee Machine – for anyone that makes a single cup of coffee each morning, this would be a great gift for only $15 shipping & handling. This is a special offer from the maker of Senseo (a venture between Sara Lee and Phillips Electronics). You need to fill out a short questionnaire for a chance to receive an e-mail inviting you to take advantage of this offer (I received my e-mail within one week of completing the questionnaire). I am using the Senseo that I received from this offer, and it was well worth the $15.
