Every time I come to submit order it tells me ‘Address information missing. Click here to fix.’ I have given my address details already, and when I add my address details again it takes me back to the submit order page again and then goes through the whole process of telling me address information is missing. I am assuming it wants me to input my card details?

I’m sorry you’re getting that error! Have you tried calling their customer service phone number? “Call our toll-free number (855.MY1-GIFT)”

Did anyone get the cards ? During the promotional period I ordered 2 birthday cards which were guaranteed to be delivered on 6th and 7th Oct. However I did not receive any till date. Calling and mailing did not help.

I sent a Halloween Card and it was received on-time. I thought that the promotion only worked for Halloween Cards. Did you get a reply to your request from customer service?

Not sure if it was only for the Halloween cards because before Halloween they were giving any card for free. I have not received any reply from their customer service 🙁

I ordered a Halloween card which was supposed to have guaranteed delivery on October 3rd and as of today no card was received. I tried calling the customer service number multiple times which no one answered and it said it was for the company “Gift Check.” I tried contacting them for 4 days through the “Contact Us” page but the “Submit button” never worked until yesterday and still no response. Since I could not contact them through that method I e-mailed them 2 times, again no response.

I’m so sorry your card was not delivered! I’m guessing they got overwhelmed with requests for this promotion.

Thank you for your concern. I agree that is what probably happened. My issue was the no response from the company after numerous times contacting them and with a phone number that is for another company. I just want to make other consumers aware of this problem with Elycards so that no one has to go through this like I did in the future for cards that they ordered.
