I’m sorry you missed this freebie, but please check more Free Samples currently available. Attend a free health screening at your local Sam’s Club Saturday, September 14 from 11 am to 3 pm. This month’s screening is “Diabetes Awareness” and includes Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index, Glucose, A1C (for known diabetics) and Vision screenings. All tests are performed by a licensed professional. Please check with your local Sam’s Club for participation.
