Each Sunday I do a roundup of what was in my mailbox that week. This is a great place to find new samples that you can request, as well as learn a few things about free samples and what might be showing-up in your mailbox next.

What’s in my mailbox this week?
These freebies are still available to request:

Tide Total Care – I got a one load sample of laundry detergent from Walmart. It came with a coupon to Save $1 (expires 12/31/09). The Walmart sample is no longer available, but you can get your free sample directly from Tide by entering this sweeps that I shared with you here.

Bear Naked Granola – I got so excited when I got this in my mailbox that I had to share it with you here right away. I’m hearing from my fellow bloggers that they also love to send out boxes filled with samples for you to pass out at Halloween – I’ll be on the lookout for this offer next year.

Always Infinity – This Walgreens sample arrived and it includes a Walgreens store coupon to Save $1. The cool thing about Walgreens store coupons is that they can be combined with a manufacturers coupon so that you can use two coupons on one product. So you could combine the $2 manufacturer’s coupon from the Oct. 12 P&G; coupon insert to save a total of $3 on this product at Walgreens. I mentioned this sample here. You can also get this sample again by requesting the Walmart sample.

These freebies are no longer available or were a special sampling opportunity:

Degree Ultra Clear deodorant – I got this sample from Sam’s Club, it is no longer available. But I wanted to tell you that most of the samples from Sam’s Club are available to everyone, not just members.

Tampax Pearl – Not the most exciting free sample to get, but practical. Both Walmart and P&G; offered this sample (you could request both) but they are no longer available. My sample came from P&G; and included 3 tampons and coupons for $1 off Tampax Pearl and $1.50 off Tampax Compak Pearl (both expire 6/30/10).

More Magazine – I’m not in the 40+ category but I am enjoying my free subscription to More magazine, compliments of StartSampling. I find that each issue has several articles I’m interested in reading. I shared this free subscription with you here. Right now StartSampling is offering one free issue of the O at Home magazine.

That’s it! Another fabulous week of free sampling. So, what was in your mailbox this week? I can’t wait to hear from you, please leave a comment!

If you are curious, here’s what other freebies I’m getting in my mailbox.
