You’ve missed this freebie, but you’ll find all of the Freebies here. is all new and there are some great features you should be taking advantage of! Kroger is my favorite grocery store because I am able to maximize my savings by buying their Kroger brand of products, combining their sales with coupons, picking up deeply discounted markdowns, using my KrogerPlus card, and getting double & triple coupons. I wanted to highlight just a few of my favorite features of Kroger’s new website:

P&G; eSAVER – Digital Coupons from P&G; and Kroger
Yesterday I went shopping at Kroger with my digital coupons loaded on my KrogerPlus card! You can too, just sign-up for the eSAVER program. You’ll be able to load digital coupons for P&G; brands onto your KrogerPlus card. You can use each coupon once a month before it expires. You can even print a list of all the coupons you have loaded. After you select your coupons to load, it will take up to an hour for them to load onto your card. Once your coupons have succesfully loaded, you will receive an email with the option to print your list of coupons again. I’m so excited about this new program, and I will be posting an in-depth review of it on Saturday.

Kroger is a great source of free samples and the great part is that you often get manufacturer’s coupons along with those free samples. Right now they are offering samples of FiberOne cereal and Nicoderm CQ.

It all depends on what area you live in! In Houston, Kroger stores will double a 50 cent coupon and triple a 35 cent coupon. I do not know which areas across the country have or do not have this double/triple coupon policy. You have to ask your local store’s manager. In Houston it is widely advertised that they double and triple coupon values.

I am not understanding about kroger “double” and “triple” coupons. I tried this at kroger and the employees had no idea what i was talking about. What up with that? thanks, jenny.

Thank you for pointing that out, Kim. Every Kroger store is different and some of them do not accept any printable internet coupons (even if you printed them from There is one Kroger in my area that has a strict “no printables” coupon policy. Luckily the other Krogers in my area do not have that same policy. It is always a good idea to ask Customer Service or a Manager what their store’s coupon policy is.

Just a heads up, when I tried to use web printed coupons this week at Kroger I was told they no longer accept them. I called customer service and was told they do, however, when they contacted the store the district manager had made this decision. I was to get a call back to clarify the matter and still have not received it two days later. So your local store may not accept these, it is wise to check.
