Cartier (yes, the French jeweler) is offering 10 free Love themed songs to download from their website. This is actually a really nice collection of music (I’m still listening to it after downloading it 1 year ago). You only have to fill out the form once, but need to download each song individually. Although there is a space on the form for your date of birth and phone number, it is optional to provide these.

you have to go to the love artist and click on each artist individually to get the form and to download them
How do you get to the form to fill out to get the music downloads? I chose North America English and it just brought me to a site that had info about the artists charity etc..
