I tried between 12:30 -1:30 EST and it was slow. I was finally able to get on and request my sample. I am really hoping to get this one. It is one I really want to try.

It does seem like the site is overloaded with traffic. It took me a couple of hours trying off and on and refreshing to get my request through. Great sample though!

my guess is that vocalpoint is so overloaded with requests right now that to open their page is impossible. great sample.

Risha: I have been a member for awhile now and they didn't send me anything until just recently. Just the past two weeks I have gotten coupons for a free bounce dryer bar, coupons for a free box of rice crispies, a sample and a free box coupon for Kashi cereal. That was after months of getting nothing. One note though, I have been trying to request this sample for about 20 minutes now. I think that there are so many people trying to get on and get it that their system is bogged down…

I have tried to sign up but it keeps telling me it cannot create my account?

Risha September 22, 2009 at 10:46 am

Can someone help me out? I signed up for Vocalpoint over a year ago and received quite bit from them over several months last year. Then, they quit sending me stuff. Finally, a few weeks ago, I went to their site and signed up again, and it was like I'd never been a member. I still have yet to receive anything in the mail. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Anyone know why this might have happened?

Thank you SO MUCH! I wanted to try this but did not want to shell out the dough without knowing more about it 🙂
