I was slightly excited about the Huggies diaper deal I got today at Kroger, so I decided to go ahead and share it with you in one of my new features called “Rebates 4 Mom”. These are rebates I’m taking advantage of, or great ones I hear about that I think you’d be interested in.

Huggies Diaper Deal – Thanks to Baby Cheapskate, I bought 3 packages of Huggies today at Kroger and took advantage of multiple types of savings: sale price, manufacturer’s coupons, Shortcuts coupons, Kroger instant rebate (ends May 27), and Huggies mail-in rebate. When I distributed my savings evenly across the 3 packages, I got each package for less than $4. You’ll have to hurry to take advantage of the Huggies mail-in rebate because my form says it ends tomorrow. I was unable to get to the online form, but I found a form by the Huggies diapers at my Kroger store. I’ve already filled it out and it’s ready to mail! I actually plan on doing this deal again because even though I can’t do the Huggies $5 mail-in rebate I can still do The Caregivers Marketplace rebate for $1 back on each package. This is a perfect example of combining a sale with a store incentive (instant rebate) and manufacturer’s coupons and digital coupons and mail-in rebate. Amazing what coupons and rebates can do for you!
Honey Bunches of Oats – I’m collecting a few cereal coupons I won’t need, thanks to the help of Hooray for Free-bates! who got additional clarification directly from Kraft on what types of coupons they would accept to qualify for this mail-in offer for a FREE coupon for Honey Bunches of Oats. We always need more free cereal at my house!
CVS Extra Bucks – I’m taking advantage of the CVS Extra Care program as a way to earn rebates on the products I purchase there. I am learning how to “roll” my extra bucks each week thanks to Money Saving Mom and am buying most of my diapers there using extra bucks. Crystal will be posting the new week of deals at CVS very soon, so check her site for the latest CVS deals!
