Worked for me just now, sample is on its way.
I got my free sample! At first I picked I don't buy them and the form wouldn't come up then I went back and marked 1 and filled out the form. Said it would be arriving in 4-6 weeks.
I finally got it to work after my 3rd attempt for the free sample. I also printed the $1 off coupon twice.
I just tried it and it worked for me. My free sample is on its way!
