*Expired* Turtle Chex Mix Bar Sample

by Freebies4Mom on October 28, 2008 9:00 pm

Sorry, this offer is no longer available. Get a free sample of Turtle Chex Mix Bar when you sign-up for the Betty Crocker email newsletter. If you aren’t sure if you’ve already signed-up, then just try filling out the form (they’ll tell you). A lot of free samples require sign-up to a free email, and I always do them if they are from a major company (this one is from General Mills) that I know will let me easily unsubscribe at any time. I haven’t tried this new product, but it looks yummy, and now I’ve got coupons to Save $1.25 on one box of Chex Mix Bars (print two coupons, I couldn’t print in Firefox, but I could print in IE, they don’t expire for two months). I hope your taste buds will thank me!

Michelle – I believe that they are looking for brand-new sign-ups in order to receive this sample (I was not able to request it myself). Even if you have unsubscribed to their newsletter in the past, I still don’t think you are eligible. Sorry, that’s just the way they are running this free sampling promotion. I do encourage my readers to try signing-up for it and let them tell you that you are not eligible. I know it’s kind of a bummer, but I assure you that General Mills/Betty Crocker would love to mail you coupons for full-size samples of their products if you joing Pssst, it’s their new word-of-mouth sampling/marketing program.-HeatherFreebies 4 Mom

I’ve used the $1.25 coupon on base. With the low introductory price of $1.75 that it currently sells for, the box cost me 50 cents. My husband loves the bars. Says they’re ‘too good’, lol.

Once you’ve signed up for email newsletters are you out of luck for these freebies? Or can you unsubscribe and then sign up again? Was sad to miss the coupon booklet cuz I already get the betty crocker emails!
