I ordered the picture plate with code thankyou, it was a great deal but when i ordered it seehere’s website produced two orders which it was a personalized gift for my parents so what am i going to do with two of them, so i tried to call their 800 number many times no one returns calls and many e-mails with no response says it takes 5 days to produce my ordered was shipped next day and i received both of them today and let me tell you they are not good at all the plates are scratched and our faces are cut out of the pictures…overall bad experience with seehere
I ordered a coffee mug on Dec 12 with overnight shipping and still have not received it. I got an email on the 15th that stated it had been shipped but when I clicked on the tracking number, the FEDEX page had no record of the shipment. Great deal but frustrating service.
