I tried twice, once using all caps then sent a normal text. Both times I got a response saying ” Service Access Denied” immediately?? They must be boggled down.

I’m guessing they are overwhelmed with requests, so it might take awhile to get the coupon. I got mine right away – but that was before the coupon got really popular.
