Thanks to Amy who writes MomAdvice’s Freebie Friday feature, I have two crafty freebies for you to enjoy.
I’m so sorry that this was such a short offer, the coupon code has expired already! Order a free sample of Martha Stewart Floor Tiles. You can choose up to 6 different tiles and this $5.00 sample is free with code MSS707. Shipping is free. I’m hoping to make some type of game board or play board for the boys with my free sample of floor tiles. I choose the “Seeing Spots” pattern in 6 different colors. They also have some beautiful lace patterns. I’m sure that you will be able to find something crafty or useful to do with your floor tiles! I did this yesterday (Friday) and the code worked – please comment on this post if you try it and let us know if the code worked for you!
You can also get a free sample of GlueDots. This is an entry for a sweepstakes, but I am hoping that they will also mail us a sample – no promises! These are great for scrapbooking and paper crafts. I use them to adhere things like ribbon and buttons because they are super sticky. Update: I got my GlueDots sample!!! I received 12 removable and 12 craft GlueDots along with a product brochure. It did take awhile to get – almost 2 months. Sorry, this sweepstakes/sample promotion has ended.
I got my floor carpet samples today! They are 6″ diameter circle halves, so I have 3 full circles. I think they will make great helicopter landing pads. Or we could make up a game using them. If you are considering buying these floor tiles for you house, you will get a $15 rebate on your purchase of $199 or more when you fill out the enclosed rebate form.
I just read in Good Housekeeping magazine (Nov. issue) that these carpet tiles normally cost between $13 and $17.50 per tile! I’m not sure what the sample tiles will be like and if you can interlock them together, but I’m about to find out! I’ll be posting here when I receive them, they already shipped.
I’m so glad that the floor carpet tiles are still a great find for you even without the code to get them for free! I did order mine successfully and I am excited to get them in the mail! I’ll be on the lookout for similar offers in the future.
Even without the free code, $5 is still a good deal just to make a little fun play place for a child! After Thanksgiving I think I’m going to go ahead and order the samples! Thanks for the link!I am loving your blog.
Thanks Naomi! I can’t believe the code has expired already for the floor tiles! I just did this yestereday – did anyone else try it today? On the Glue Dots, yes it appears to be a sweepstakes entry, I’m just hoping that they might mail the entrants a free sample. Sorry for the confusion!
I tried to get the carpet tiles, but the code is expired. Bummer. Also it appears as though the glue dots link is some sort of contest entry????
