Delicious Eagle Brand DessertsI made Baked Pumpkin Custard for the first time! It was easier than I thought it would be – the hardest part was finding a baking dish to set the custard cups in so they could bake while surrounded with water. I also learned how to make Homemade Caramel Sauce from one ingredient: Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. I had no idea it was so easy to make caramel sauce! I used the oven method so I wouldn’t have to worry about stirring.
