Yes you have to complete the form and your info first before you “like” them. Worked for me. They ask for your info, not a friends……..
It didn’t work for me either, and I was a new person to “like” their page. I just got the $2 coupon.
Wait…you have to click on the offer before you like their page! As a part of the sign-up, it will have you like the page, but you can’t do that first.
