I sent away for one of these last time they offered them. At that time I shortly received a postcard telling me that they were back-ordered and they would send one as soon as they received more.

To thank me for my time the postcard included a $1.00 off coupon for my next Charmin purchase. Hopefully now that they are offering them again, I will receive mine. Still, this isn’t a complaint, the coupon was nice to get and it was nice they bothered to mail me at all!

I agree with Jackie… I signed up a few weeks ago and still haven’t gotten mine yet. I know there are a few other friends of mine that have signed up as well and haven’t gotten theirs yet either.
