They are offering the free turkey to celebrate the launching of WellnessDaily as a health and wellnesss resource. When you register you have the option to subscribe to the Wellness Buzz enewsletter. After you register there is an optional survey to complete.
Remember to login after you register so you can print your personalized rebate form (it’s under “Coupons & Offers”). You need to fill out your information before you can print a personalized rebate form. Your rebate purchase needs to be made between Feb. 8 and May 31. You need to mail in your form, original receipt, and product UPC proof of purchase to get your rebate in 6 to 8 weeks.

I signed up and all but after login in again the coupons area had no link or anything active… so i guess the 25,000 were reached or somehting… missed this one… oh well!
Print the form to a PDF file first that way if something happens, you won't lose it.
Just wanted to let everyone know that the fine print on the rebate form says "offer available to the first 25,000 redemptions only". so be sure to get yours in soon :)

I'm pretty sure that since they are limiting the form to only registered users – and each printed form is personalized for the user – that they are controlling this rebate by only allowing 25,000 rebate forms to print. Not all of those will get redeemed. So I wouldn't worry about trying to get yours in quickly. They should be honoring them through a purchase date of May 31.-HeatherFreebies 4 Mom

The offer says it's good for the first 25,000. Does anyone know if that means the first 25,000 people to sign up online and print a form (meaning if you print a form and mail it in you will definitely get your rebate), or the first 25,000 to mail it in (meaning rebate not guaranteed if you don't buy and send off rebate fast enough)?
Bummer! My printer jammed while printing the form and it won't let me re-submit for one. :-( Oh well, thanks for a great offer anyway!
We got their burgers at Walmart when those $5 coupons came out last year. They are really good.
This is great! I but frozen Jenni-O ground turkey in a tube (1 lb) for $1.89 at Wal-mart, so it will nice to try some thing a little more expensive. Thank you!
