Not really well handled-first they took the offer down twice and then they seemed amazed that the website crashed when it finally opened. I really wonder why these companies don’t hire more experienced website designers before they do these promotions. And now they are redesigning the Quaker himself-taking an established and easily recgnized symbol and throwing all the value of that away. Do we really want a skinny Quaker?
