Can’t get the video to play, have tried everything, and I use google chrome
I had to exit out of explorer and watch it in chrome to unlock the submit button.
I even watched it 2x and it still wont unlock

That is so strange – did you try using a different browser?
The submit button does not unlock after watching the video. Can’t submit a request. :(
One tip is to use Google Chrome as your browser – people seem to be having better luck using Chrome.
