I went through the drivethrough and got the free sandwich. The wait was no longer than normal, and the sandwich was hot and delicious!
We went to JITB today and had to wait for almost 30 minutes after we placed our order, and the sandwich was barely warm when we finally got it. I appreciate free things but quality and customer service too often suffer in promos like this.
