Sign-up for a free Manilla account to help you manage all of your household accounts in one place. It’s not just for your household utility bills, it’s also for your credit card bills, subscriptions, and travel rewards. You have only one secure login to access all of your accounts. I’m trying it to help me organize my accounts so I can see everything in one place – bill due dates, balances, previous payments.
Don’t be overwhelmed about entering in a lot of data because Manilla walks you thru step-by-step to link your current accounts to your Manilla account. I’m hoping it will help me keep better track of bills so that if I miss an email or bill in the mail – I won’t miss paying it ontime.
Remember that Manilla is a completely free tool – and you choose which accounts you want to manage with it (so you could just do household utilities if you want to). It’s always free to use Manilla and you can register with your name, zipcode, email address, password, and select your own security questions. If you’ve used Manilla before, we’d love to hear about your experience!

Looks like it would be a great site but over half my bills aren’t listed as providers. I’ve suggested them so we’ll see how likely they are to add them.
I am not certain, but it looks like linking accounts makes them all PAPERLESS as a result. I need paper copy sent in mail, cannot give up that option. I wonder if that can be hanged after the fact.
Kim –
Yes, you are right that by linking accounts it wants to make them paperless. It seems like you could still use Manilla without going paperless – but it would be best to ask Manilla that question. It does seem like there should be a way to still get that paper bill if you need it.
