i bought 3 at walmart but thought it would be a same since motts promotion so i bought 3 at Ralphs hmm so i only get a child ticket with walmart reciept only?

I purchased 5 also and uploaded the receipt to both websites. I haven’t received any tickets. Not even the children’s one. What is the email address that they sent you the tickets from? I’ve been thinking about contacting Motts.

Is anyone else having trouble uploading the picture of their receipt? When I try to upload nothing happens, both on my phone and on my desktop computer! Customer support has not responded to my email as of yet. Argh!
This was happening every single time when i did it online and on my phone. i turned the picture in the edit function and it finally worked.
