This month’s screening (valued at up to $150) includes glucose, total cholesterol, dental tablets, blood pressure, body mass index and vision screening/testing. All tests are performed by a licensed professional at Sam’s Clubs with a Pharmacy. Membership not required. Please check with your local Sam’s Club for participation.
