This month’s screening (valued at up to $150) is Health Tech: Use Technology to Better Your Health and includes Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL (Good Cholesterol) and more. All tests are performed by a licensed professional at Sam’s Clubs with a Pharmacy. Membership not required. Please check with your local Sam’s Club for participation.
