i placed an order 2 am this morning, wednesday , it said free shipping on the site,, and after check out, the invoice charged me addtional 10 dollars for shipping. now, recevief another invoice with additional fee doubling the original fee. looks like burts bee has other ppl caling in, been on hold over 45 minutes now.
