Walmart has a goal of securing 75 million meals by partnering with your favorite brands like Unilever, General Mills, ConAgra, Campbell’s, Kellogg’s and Kraft. I’m guessing you’re already buying many of the participating products, so it’s time to head to Walmart so your normal grocery shopping can help provide meals to those in need.

Shop at Walmart to Fight Hunger Spark Change thru Sunday, May 3 so we can reach that huge goal of securing 75 million meals for local food banks thru Feeding America! Look for a display that may be set-up at your store’s center aisle. It will be easy to spot because most of the products will feature the blue and orange “Fight Hunger Spark Change” logo on the product package. You can also help by making a $1, $2 or $5 donation at the cash register. Check the real time giving tracker at Walmart.com/FightHunger to see how close we are to that big 75 million meal goal!

I love it when brands make donations on my behalf. Look at all of the different products I purchased to help feed America. I purchased a total of 25 participating items which helped secure 25 meals on behalf of an area Feeding America Food Bank. It’s such a good feeling to make my weekly grocery purchase go to work in helping out local food banks. When you purchase 1 item it secures 1 meal via a monetary donation to Feeding America. Walmart is not responsible for donating the meals, the supplier partners (brands) are responsible for making the donations.
