I rarely post shopping deals, but since we all need carseats for our children I thought I’d pass along what surely must be a limited-time clearance offer. *UPDATE: Granite and Cowmouflage are both now out-of-stock.* Target is selling the Britax Marathon in Granite for $42.99 with free shipping (thanks goes to Mommies with Cents for sharing this with me). Yeah, pretty much an unbelievable deal considering this is savings of 85% from the original price of $279.99. I just ordered mine for my youngest son. Baby Cheapskate also has posted this deal: “Holy Moly: Britax Marathon for $42.99!”
If you think this may be a glitch on Target’s website, take a look at the Britax Cowmouflage priced at $59.99. I’m guessing they are clearancing out a limited stock of these specific models. I hope a few of you are able to get in on this great deal!

We also ordered a carseat and received an email saying that it was priced wrong and that it happens periodically. Since it was a mistake they canceld our order; but we can order it at full price. Bummer, very disappointing. I don’t know about Target anymore.
Yup, canceled! So frustrating…I love target but I am NOT a fan of their customer service.
A friend of mine that ordered said that she called about the issue and they compensated her with a $20 gift card credit to keep her business…I called and they said that shouldn’t have been done for her and wouldn’t do it for me. Worth a try though! At least they will know how we all feel about the situation!

Yes, many of my friends ordered this, and all their orders disappeared. It doesn’t seem right!
My order is missing from target.com as well. I sent an email to target to ask about it.They say in their small print, that prices are effective when the item ships. I bet they got thousands of orders last night!
I am so mad, my order went through, and went to check it today and it was canceled, so be sure to check your orders to make sure you will get it :(

I ordered one as soon as I saw your post! Can’t thank you enough! I was going to order a new cover for my son’s Britax Roundabout but it was only $10 less than a new seat with this deal! Plus, he will be 4 in six months or so but I would rather keep him in a harness for longer and with this seat I can until 65 pounds! Britax are the best car seats in the universe and now I can relax until a booster seat deal comes along!!!

We ordered ours in Granite, got the free shipping, and spent just under $47 with the tax applied. We’ve been looking at Britax seats for some time, but just couldn’t afford them. This is such a wonderful deal! Thanks!
