I just received my sample unfortunately they ship it sandwiched between two flimsy pieces of paper. When I got mine the bottom of the foil was open and nothing was in it. I assume something heavy must have been put on top, opened it and then it worked its way out. So if you are able to get one and its empty, this might be why
