I went through choosing the card and when I got to the order section, put the code in, took it all off except 3 cents for tax and 45 cents for the stamp. I hit “submit order” (without being required to enter cc info) and it brought me to a screen that said “SUCCESS!” So I’m not sure.. but it looks like it went w/o cc info.
I entered to code and it said since I was already a member I could not use the free code. I tried backing out of the order before I submitted it and it still processed and charged my card.
You should contact Treat for a refund – I’m sorry it didn’t work for you!

I tried two card and neither worked
I ordered mine today and did have to chat with someone. I did also have to enter my credit card info but at a 0 balance, you can not bypass this step as instructed by the company. But once my order went through i went back to my account and deleted the information. I cant wait for the card to arrive.
It is only free if you ship it to yourself and you have to enter your credit card info even if there is a zero balance :(
Made my card. Adorable! When I went to send it to recipient though they charged postage and tax. I switched to mailing it to myself and it was free. Also, they required credit card info. Thanks for the deal!
