I correct myself: it does work. I thought you had to fill out the membership number because they have so much on the form about it- but you really don’t! I just filled it out and left the number blank and it worked.
I tried this, but the only bad thing is you can’t do it if you aren’t a sam’s club member!
No membership number is required, just leave it blank and your form should submit ok!
