I ordered the sample, it worked great. I didn't run into any errors but sometimes when I use Google Chrome as my browser things don't load like they are suppose to. Maybe try Firefox.

to get this to work: hold the CTRL button down when you click the link, then fill out the form, and hold the CTRL button down again and click submit. don't know why this works, but other people posted this tip working on moneysavingmom.
