I don’t have a card and when I tried to get one, it told me that it was unable to process my request at this time. I tried it 6 times altogether, and it would never go through.

Went to CVS to redeem coupon and was told that I still had to pay 3.99 plus tax for the product. Did anyone else have this problem?

You should contact your CVS store manager. They should have accepted your
coupon and deducted $3.99 from your purchase!
