I have the same problem. Also another problem I encounter is when I click on a sample item to get for free, I get brought back to the initial Register sreen wanting me to re-register for free samples & when I fill it out it tells me that I have already registered. Any suggestions? Why are you making us work so hard for a FREE Sample.
