Yes, it’s common for Target and Walmart to offer the same samples. You can request both of them!

i tried to request the sample and a box showed up and said i needed a code so what do i do

It’s so strange that a code is required for some but not for everyone. Try changing your responses to the survey questions!

At some point, someone needs to figure out how to distinguish whether these samples are the stupid little peel back paper samples, rather than a real mini sample. Most of this crap is just the peel back paper. A complete waste on all levels. How and why would anyone be able to know to buy a product just because they had a morning application of something.
