I actually called cottonelle(kimberly clark) about the problem with the upc code being invalid…. It is only for regular cottonelle(because they have improved it) and not the ultra. Blue bag not purple or green. They were actually very understanding and apologized for the misunderstanding and they are sending me coupons for some free toilet paper!!! YAY! Complaining over something so simple gets you great rewards :)

It works but Internet Explorer is slow use Google Chrome or Firefox thats what I did and I was able to sign up immediately. Also UPC code you can use is 36000133967. A message will pop up after signing up saying look for your roll cover to arrive by mail.
