Update 4/29/08: I got my first issue today and this magazine really looks promising! Very artsy, I just quickly thumbed through it and one article caught my eye “Three ways to use up all those extra buttons” (pg. 36) – and on the page before “How to hang wallpaper”. Ok – I think this is going to be an excellent magazine for frugal do-it-herself decorating projects!
Gone again! I told you I would start bringing you FREE magazine subscriptions! Get a free two-year subscription to ReadyMade magazine from StartSampling. I assure you that this offer will not last long, so please request yours now! I have not browsed this magazine before but it sounds promising as a “sassy, mod, do-it-yourself magazine for people who like to make stuff”. You will receive 12 issues over 2 years, with no obligation to buy additional magazines, you will not have to cancel your subscription when the free subscription ends – you will just stop getting the magazines. Restaurant.com is kind enough to offer us this free subscription.
I hope you got your request in already, because these are all gone!
You’re welcome K&E;’sMama! I’m looking forward to getting this new magazine and hope to get some creative ideas from it.
We love this magazine too, great find Heather!!!!
Great!! I signed up and can’t wait to start getting them.
You’re welcome Jessie and E.! I’ve found that StarSampling is a very reliable source of free samples (including magazine subscriptions). My experience is that it just takes a bit of a wait to get your first issue, but then you’ll be enjoying 2 years of this new magazine! Glad to see this is a magazine you are already enjoying, E.! I can’t wait to start getting it!
Thanks! This is one of my absolute favorite magazines. Think Martha Stewart meets urban underground. For example, they had an article on how to make your own bear skin rug. Every month they have a contest on the most clever way to recreate something, like pencaps or 3.5″ floppies or cardboard hot beverage sleeves.
Once again, GREAT freebie, Heather! Thanks! I can’t believe I had no idea you could get magazines for free like this… thanks for informing all of us.
