It takes less than 15 seconds to sign-up with your email address and password.  You must be an existing or new Ebates member in order to enter this giveaway (but no purchase is required to enter).  After you sign-up $5.00 will be credited to your Ebates account after you make your first purchase of over $20 (within 90 days of signing-up).
