This was another coupon that was included in the “Slim-Fast Style Your Slim Starter Kit“, along with a pedometer, shopping list, coupons for Lipton Pyramid Tea (free), Dove, Wish-Bone, Klondike Slim-a-Bear, and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter and a guide with recipes and Slim-Fast information. I don’t know if these are still available, but it’s worth a try if you are interested in Slim-Fast products.
