*Expired* 50% off a $20 Barnes & Noble Gift Card at Groupon

by Freebies4Mom on February 3, 2011 2:59 pm

A limited quantity of $20 Barnes & Noble gift card for only $10.00 are available at Groupon. You can use it online or in-store, it’s even valid for sale items. Here’s the catch, you have to use it before April 11, 2011 or the value will change from $20 to $10. You can only buy this Groupon once and use it towards regular price or sales merchandise (not towards shipping) in-store or online before April 11. This hot deal ends on Monday, February 14 or while supplies last.

Have you ever used a Groupon discount? I’ve become a big fan because the discounts are so easy to use and they give you all the details before you buy. It’s just a matter of waiting to find the right discount for you (they change daily, and you can buy Groupons featured in any city). Remember that when you invite friends and they get their first Groupon, you get a $10 referral bonus in your account. This is a great way to save even more because you can use your referral credits to purchase the next Groupon you want. I am an affiliate for Groupon, which means they pay me to promote their site. My goal is to find the best deals for you, and Groupon is the best daily deals site in my opinion.

Tell us which discount you used and about your experience redeeming your “Groupon” by leaving a comment on this post.

I bought this groupon for the barnes and nobles, but when I went on to use it, there is nothing in my groupon account. How is that?

Contact Groupon for help, I know they had super high traffic this past
weekend and may have experienced some technical problems.

This is available at multiple locations (California’s Inland Empire, Indiana’s South Bend, Indianapolis, Idaho’s Boise, etc.), and each location seems to be its own separate deal. Although each location says “limit one”, I’ve purchased 5 of these by going to different locations, and so far Groupon hasn’t rejected any of the purchases.

It’s my understanding that the limit is one per account. So although it
appears to have gone thru at the moment, I wouldn’t expect to be able to use
more than one per Groupon account.

Got it! Thanks! But… I’ve been unable to logon to Groupon since yesterday. Anyone else having luck?

I’m also still waiting to be able to login. They say you can simply use your
email when you buy your Groupon, but I’m assuming if I want to use my
credits then I need to actually login. Hopefully they will fix it soon!
