Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I stack a Cellfire electronic coupon with a manufacturer’s paper coupon?
You should not stack these coupons because the money savings are being offered by the manufacturer for both coupon formats (electronic and paper).
Do I have to give my cell phone number to register with Cellfire?
No! You should be able to use your home phone number because they do not require that you receive any text messages in order to register.
Can you use each coupon more than once?
No, each coupon you load can only be used once. You may find you have several coupons loaded for the same product (but each coupon has a different expiration date). In that case the coupon that expires sooner will be used on your qualifying purchase. You can only use one coupon per transaction if you have more than one coupon for the same product.
What happens if I load coupons, but they don’t show-up on my receipt and I know I bought the right items?
Contact Cellfire customer service to resolve the problem. They will need specific information about your shopping trip, so have your receipt handy!
You’re ready to go shopping with your Cellfire coupons! It’s easy to print a list of the coupons you’ve loaded, just click on the printer icon under your saved offers. I love the printed list because it has images of the products on it!

Yes, I have used the Cellfire coupons with the paper manufacturer’s coupons in the past. But I have learned recently that this is not the intent of the manufacturer, and that soon it may be impossible to “get away” with doing that because of possible changes to the computer system at Kroger. I never want to encourage people to use coupons in a fraudulent manner, and in my opinion this would be fraudulent. I will not use Cellfire coupons with paper coupons anymore and I hope that my readers will make the same decision as me. It is recognized by everyone in the couponing community that this is a “gray issue” with no definitive answer. But I hope they will clear things up soon – I’ve taken the position which I feel is in the best interests of consumers. Nobody gets ahead by cheating on using coupons fraudulently because the manufacturer will respond by not issuing the coupons in the future. That’s my opinion – thanks for asking!-HeatherFreebies 4 Mom
I was always told that you can use the e-coupons (celfire) along with paper coupons. You have even mentioned it some time ago in one of your posts. I have used both and the register never beeped. Now you are contradicting what you are saying!!!Do you even know? Have you tried to use both with sucess. Please get your information right!
This is awesome, I am a subscriber and I love your tips and posts! Thanks for helping me better manage the household budget~;)
Hi! I did try to enter my home phone to create a new account but still not working and I just finish email to Cellfire to see what I can do to sign up with Cellfire since I don’t have cellphone at this time. I would love to sign up with Cellfire to load the coupons onto my Kroger Plus Card and love to shop there with coupons to save some money for my family.
