Are you getting Kraft Food & Family magazine? Well my friend Nicole says check your Holiday ’09 issue for a coupon on page 13 for a free kids meal at IHOP. Here are the coupon details: Free meal valid for kids 12 and under on “Just for Kids” menu items. Drinks not included unless specified. Not valid with any other discounts, coupons or specials. Dine-in only. Limit 1 coupon per child per visit. Valid at participating restaurants. Exp 1/31/10.
Unfortunately, Kraft is no longer offering free subscriptions to Kraft Food & Family. They now charge $13.98 for a one-year subscription. It appears that the Holiday ’09 issue will be the last issue for those of use who previously enjoyed a free subscription. I don’t recommend paying that $13.98 to continue your subscription, it’s just too much to pay when there are so many free magazines and deeply discounted magazines to enjoy (less than $5 a year).

Okay, I got my "last" free issue today, and it came with the 6.99 offer. Comes with a free cookbook, too! I know it only comes out about 4 times a year, but I look forward to it. I will pay 6.99 (but not $14)!
Well I LOVE this magazine and am so sad it won't be free anymore. I didn't receive the 6.99 offer… how long ago was that?? I might pay it because I have used so many recipes from it, over and over again ☺
Plus, you can see the whole magazine online every month for free, so just look at it online and print the recipes you want.
So true. I was surprised to see that the subscription was no longer free, but $13.98. I'll miss it, but I can't imaging paying that much.
I've gotten some great recipes in the past from this magazine, but this issue seemed to have ones I already have or could easily get online. One coupon and the IHOP deal didn't make the $6.99 "deal" very attractive to me. I think Kraft messed up here ~ if they wanted to attract subscribers, this should have been a "knock 'em dead" issue, and it wasn't, at least not for me.
It may depend on location, but I think kids eat free at IHOP every day from 4-8pm. No coupon needed.
I really enjoy this mag, but no way am I paying for it!
I also received the $6.99 offer but won't consider it when the magazine is such blatant advertising. You can access all of their recipes on their website. This month's issue only had one $1 coupon for Starbucks coffee. Not worth it for me!
I received an offer by mail for $6.99 a year and decided to take advantage of it. I get enough recipe ideas and coupons to make it worthwhile for me.
