by Freebies4Mom on August 7, 2009 5:00 am

A great new rebate offer fof Free Groceries from Kraft valid between August 7 and 23. When you purchase $25 of participating items, you get $5 off your next purchase and $20 via mail-in rebate. A big thanks goes to Nicole for telling me about it. Participating stores include: Acme, Albertsons, Bigg’s, Cub, Farm Fresh, Hornbacher’s, Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s Star, Shop’nSave, and Shoppers.

Remember to try to use coupons on your purchase to make that rebate money even sweeter. Here’s a printable manufacturer’s coupons that you may want to use with this rebate deal:

Save $0.60 JELL-O Gelatin Snacks
(if you use IE print here, Safari print here)

Remember that this rebate offer is only valid at participating stores because your $5 coupon and $20 mail-in rebate form will print at the register if you buy participating items which qualify for the rebate in a single purchase.

I moved to the Lower Rio Grande Valley in 2004 and hate the grocery shopping venue here. All I have is HEB and Walmart! Along with limited Target… Sure do miss KROGER's and wish we had them here. But I am sure with the economy as it is, there is little belief that we will ever have them build Kroger's here, unless it is in McAllen, which is 40 miles from me. Sometimes I wish I was back in Kroger territory! I have a sad face now …

I found out the hard way that my albertsons store doesn't offer the promotion! 🙂 I bough all my groceries and had to return them. This is what the website said: Albertsons stores in Arizona, Denver, Dallas and Florida are not participating in the "Save $25 on Groceries" promotion. Just make sure you call your store first to verify they participate in the promotion.

Tombstone Pizza is listed on the Kraft site as working for the $25 rebate. There is also this rebate from Kraft http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/products/pages/TombstonePayYourBills.aspx which can get you up to $15 off your utility bill. The best part is, the Tombstone rebate requires only the form and UPC's – no receipt so you can still send the receipt in for the $25 rebate, too!

I couldn't print the 60 cent coupon, but it transferred me to their site to print a 50 cent coupon, I'll take that!! My store is doing double coupons up to 50 cents…..that means $1.00 off. YAY!!

I would guess not before sales, but how can they tell if you used coupons on those items. I think you can use all the coupons you want, they will just look at how much was listed next to the item after sale price. My receipt prints coupons used at the bottom and only lists the value. Jello Coupon wouldn't print for me either.
