The 1st two times I tried, I got an application error. The 3rd time I tried it – I created an account before-hand and then picked my label out & customized it…and that worked! yeahhh :) thanks for sharing

Creating an account must be the trick. Finally worked for me. So what did everyone get? I got labels for my daughters that have butterflies on them and say Property of: Daughter’s Name. These will be great to label school supplies. :)
Oh… I did create the account when it gave me the option to log in or create an account (before getting to check out) Maybe that helped!

I ordered mine. I couldn’t do it Firefox so I used Internet Explorer. I did the flag.

It took me a couple of times. I even went back and started from the home page and clicked on their ad. Chose the Fresh Vegetable one to make labels for my frozen/canned goods that I will be putting up this season. Customized it for “Contents” and “Date”. I didn’t even have to put in the coupon code. in the process of making mine, i’m using them for the back of my avon books so i don’t have to hand write my name, phone number and email…it’s just really slow but worth the .99 :)

Set up an account and login. Then process the order. If you get an error at the end, just hit the back button and go into your shopping cart. That way you can process it and put in your coupon code. Worked for me. The total came to $1.07 !!!!!
After being transferred a bazillion times I finally was able to talk with the right people for this problem. They said they’re working on it and that it would hopefully be fixed in a few hours so… if anyone else is having this problem there’s your answer. If it’s still not working later they gave me this number to call: 1-877-565-5623

I tried on Safari and got the “application error” . Then tried to do it on firefox and it went through. Slow but it went through.

I went super simple and just put my last name on a family design with the kids holding hands in a circle.
The site is moving slow this morning, but if I can get it to work, I plan on making labels that say “From the Library of…” to label our books and DVDs. We let our friends borrow a lot of our books & movies, so maybe this will help us get more of them back (without having to write in every one). Plus, we may be moving soon, so I had no need for 250 address labels.
