I just received my shipment. I had ordered the Cover Your Mouth lip balm, which I later received an email that it was on back order. Big box delivered by UPS today, with ONLY the lip balm and non of the freebies! I called, and was told that they ran out of the Checks and Balances, but would be substituing the Make A Difference Lotion. Hopefully that will come next week, along with the Peace of Mind sample.

This may help….I started by adding the Checks and Balances face wash to my cart along with some lip balm, but when I typed in the code at the end, the complimentary Checks and Balances was added for me, and I had to take “mine” out. So just add whatever item you want to buy (and pay normal price for) and then add the code and you’ll be all set.
It didn’t come off for me either and I tried to redo it and it is still the same, Hope you can fix the problem.
Which item are you adding to your cart? Don’t add the cleanser, it will add to your cart when you enter the coupon code.
